Our Mission
At Kirkridge, our mission is to provide the best possible service to our members. We are an afforable 236 property that constist of ranch and townhome style living.
Our Team
Our team of experienced and knowledgeable employees are site based so hands on service. From our management team to the maintenance people we are invested. We are committed in working with our Board of Directors to keep cost down but provide quality service.
Our Goals
At Kirkridge, we aim to complete work orders in a timely fashion, assist the community in programs for the adults and children.
2024 brings the membership some much needed building upgrades. Following the refinancing in Feb of 2023 we are working with Arbor to complete major repairs that have funds set aside during the financing for the maintenance garage, expanding the clubhouse and moving the office back to the community room area. The changes include updated security on the buildings, better exercise facilities and a possible computer lab area.
